Warranty Policy

At Cydans, We offer a 1 year Warranty on Parts and Labor on all of our computers to the original purchaser. Within the warranty period, any hardware that becomes defective will be repaired or replaced by us at no cost to the purchaser. Disclaimers are as follows: 

• Cydans encourages customers to do upgrades on parts however in order to obtain warranty service and support, original parts be must used.
• Cydans will cover shipping costs back and forth and replace the part(s) within the first 30 days of receiving your computer system if the original packaging and shipping materials are used. After 30 days purchaser will be held liable for shipping costs to Cydans and Cydans will cover return shipping back to purchaser.
• Cydans will replace defective parts with new or reconditioned parts that are equivalent or better.
• Cydans will void warranty for any damage caused by misuse, user damage, accidents, repairs not made by Cydans, or modifications made to the product without the explicit permission/instruction of Cydans.
• Cydans is not liable for any loss, cost, loss of work, loss of data, expense, inconvenience or damage that may result from use or inability to use the computer. Under no circumstances shall Cydans be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage exceeding the purchase price of the computer.
